High School Learning System Reviewer's Comments

This set contains 70 CD ROMS worth of material on two DVD ROMs. The high school package contains instruction on many subjects including Literature, English, U.S. and World History and Science as well as a study guide and the Merriam–Webster’s Spanish–English Dictionary.

The math section covers Pre–Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Trigonometry and Calculus. The geometry section covers most of the basics including terminology, areas and volumes, however offers virtually no interactivity. It does include a quiz but most of the program is simply text with corresponding images. It is also not the best for homework help since you have to look through a whole chapter to find information and the text addresses concepts rather than actual problem solving. A+ Math Learning System geometry section is the same as this program.

An advantage of this program is that it includes over 40 hours of audio books that can be put onto a portable device.
